We boil them on the Swedish way.
(1 lobster weighs between 500-600 g.)

Now we have hot smoked salmon and smoked Kassler in Cajutan Food shop again.

Our home-smoked salmon has an aroma and taste that make the waters in the mouth.
Along with Hollandaise sauce and boiled potatoes, one is close to heaven.

On Saturday September 10th was the Grand Opening of Cajutan in Bangkok.
We enjoyed a taste of Swedish delicacies such as,
Meatballs, Wieners, Falukorv, Herring, Skagen, Knäckebröd, Kalles caviar,
Gubbröra, Salmon and much more …

A big thanks to all the wonderful guests and of course also to our amazing staff who made our Grand Opening to a memory for life!
