Since Songkran here in Thailand coincides with Easter this year.
Cajutan serve  Swedish Easter buffet Saturday 8 and 22 April. 6 pm – 9 pm.

Wonderfully tasty and fresh eggs, cooked in a variety of shapes, flavors and colors.
Several different varieties of herring. Salmon … marinated- smoked – pickled and boiled. Swedish meatballs, sausages and honey marinated ribs.
Pickles with salmon, herring, vegetables, fruit etc.
Jansson’s temptation, omelette with Swedish chanterelles, vegetables, potatoes,
mashed potatoes, potato salad, salmon sauce, spicy Thai sauce, butter, cheese,
homemade bread, crisp bread and much more …
Dessert
Chocolate balls, Swiss rolls with mango and fruit.
